  Bought the V cage version of this product and have been using it for the past 2 months. It is very secure and held my 1 litter wide mouth nalgene bottle very well. That said, there is some slight rattling (very slight) when you're going on bumpy terrains. However, if you're intending to mount a hand pump beside this bottle holder, would recommend getting the L version as you won't be able to twist to release it without removing the hand pump from it's holder.
