E.G. Order placed on Wednesday (9th Oct), collection will be on Wednesday (16th Oct). If order placed on Tuesday (15th Oct), collection will be on Wednesday (16th Oct). All collection will be between 7pm-8pm only.

Delivery and Store Pick-up
• Simply opt for “Store Pick-up” as your delivery method during check-out. You can collect your order in 1-2 working days with self-collection confirmation email.
• Free delivery on all orders in Singapore with S$20 minimum spending. (Please refer to the chart above).

Non-bulky & Bulky Category
• Our bulky item is defined by these categories. (Tower stand, Work Stand, Trainers, Wheel Set, Frame, and Car bike rack). Unfortunately, we unable to deliver our bikes international.
• Order with at least 1 quantity of bulky item in the shopping cart will be considered as bulky order despite if there is a mix of non-bulky item in the order. Our system will auto calculate the shipping cost based on the bulky shipping rates.
• Orders that are accumulated til 10kg will be automatically charged at bulky rates.
• Non-urgent delivery is available to (Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, India, Thailand, Japan, Myanmar, Australia, and New Zealand). This delivery service is via SEA transportation.
• Unfortunately due to the difference in shipping cost, bulky items or shopping cart that accumulate 10kg and above, does not qualify ‘Free shipping’ even if the order is above S$249.
Order Processing (Singapore & International Orders)
• The ‘working days’ for New Era Cycle online processing only is from ‘Tuesday to Friday’ not including Singapore public holiday. All orders are pack and dispatch to our courier partners in 1-2 working days.
• The ‘working days’ for the delivery time frame from our courier partners is from ‘Monday to Friday’ not including Singapore and local area public holiday.
• It is very important that you check the completeness and accuracy of the delivery address. As such info is provided by you, we have no control over it. Hence, we will not be able to accept such responsibility if in the event the items are sent to the wrong address because of this reason.
• In the event, if you would like to change your delivery address after you had placed your order, please email us immediately via email within 24hrs after you had placed your order. If the item had already dispatched to our courier partners or order status has changed to processed, changing of the delivery address is not possible.
Customs Duties & taxes (International Orders)
• All goods sold may be subject to local customs duties and taxes (GST/VAT) which are not within our control. We will declare the exact value of the goods, excluding shipping charges. The customs duties and taxes (GST/VAT), which will be levied once the shipment reaches your country, will be covered by you.
Have Not Received Your Order or Return & Exchange (Singapore & International Orders)
• In any event, if you did not receive your items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID. We will assist to check your delivery status with our courier partners.
NOTE: For Singapore postal mail service, we are unable to check the delivery status.
• New Era Cycle ensures that your items are inspected, packed and delivered properly. In an event when you receive the wrong item or defective items, please kindly write-in to us via email at email@example.com with your Order ID. You will be receiving instruction on the return procedure.
• In the event, if you had purchased the wrong item, you can return the wrong item with original packaging in its original condition unused with the receipt to exchange with other products or store credits within 30 days.
