For final delivery, FedEx may appoint a local partner courier to complete the last-mile delivery once the parcel reaches its destination. All shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, ensuring a seamless experience with no additional import duties or taxes upon arrival.
FedEx Priority offers a fast, fully trackable shipping service with end-to-end visibility across every stage of the delivery journey. You can monitor your shipment closely with detailed tracking updates, while Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) ensures a hassle-free experience with no additional import charges upon arrival. This service also significantly reduces the risk of parcel loss.

FedEx Standard Delivery to the U.S. offers reliable door-to-door shipping with full tracking visibility. Order Processing
All orders are prepared and processed in Singapore within 1–2 working days of placement.
Shipping Methods
Orders to The United States of America. are shipped via Duty Pre-Paid (DPP) from Singapore. At checkout, you may choose between:
- FedEx Standard – Door-to-door delivery with tracking updates. Final mile may be handled by a FedEx partner courier.
- FedEx Priority – Fast delivery with end-to-end tracking at every stage, offering greater reliability.
Note: Transit times are estimates and begin once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delays may occur during peak seasons, weekends, public holidays, or customs inspections.
Delivery & Re-Delivery
- Delivery and import fees are strictly non-refundable once the parcel has shipped, whether delivery is successful or unsuccessful.
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled. We will calculate the cost of return and issue the remaining balance as store credit only, after deducting:
- Initial delivery fees
- Applicable duties and taxes
- Return initiated by courier shipping costs due to fail delivery - If the return costs exceed the order value, no refund or store credit will be issued.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Duties and Tax are calculated and collected at checkout. Orders are shipped under DPP (Duty Pre-Paid), meaning no additional customs charges will be requested upon delivery.
- In the event of a failed delivery where the parcel is returned, duties and taxes are non-refundable, as we are unable to reclaim them from customs.
