Delivery POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are prepared and processed in Singapore within 1–2 working days of placement.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trackable courier.
Note: Transit times are estimates and begin once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delays may occur during peak seasons, weekends, public holidays, or customs inspections.
Delivery & Re-Delivery
- Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable once the parcel has shipped, whether delivery is successful or unsuccessful.
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled. We will calculate the cost of return and issue the remaining balance as store credit only, after deducting:
- Initial delivery fees
- Return initiated by courier shipping costs due to fail delivery - If the return costs exceed the order value, no refund or store credit will be issued.
