All orders are prepared and processed in Singapore within 1–2 working days of placement.
Shipping Methods
Orders to The United States of America. are shipped via Duty Pre-Paid (DPP) from Singapore. At checkout, you may choose between:
- Standard Tracked Delivery – Door-to-door delivery with tracking updates.
- Fully Trackable Courier – End-to-end tracking for every stage of transit, offering greater reliability.
Note: Transit times are estimates and begin once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delays may occur during peak seasons, weekends, public holidays, or customs inspections.
Delivery & Re-Delivery
- Delivery and import fees are strictly non-refundable once the parcel has shipped, whether delivery is successful or unsuccessful.
- Customers must ensure that the shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled. We will calculate the cost of return and issue the remaining balance as store credit only, after deducting:
- Initial delivery fees
- Applicable duties and taxes
- Return initiated by courier shipping costs due to fail delivery - If the return costs exceed the order value, no refund or store credit will be issued.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Duties and Tax are calculated and collected at checkout. Orders are shipped under DPP (Duty Pre-Paid), meaning no additional customs charges will be requested upon delivery.
- In the event of a failed delivery where the parcel is returned, duties and taxes are non-refundable, as we are unable to reclaim them from customs.
