General Online Orders FAQ
To make an online purchase, all you need to do is explore the available items, choose the ones you want, add them to your cart, and then proceed to the checkout page. Fill in the necessary details for your order, including the billing and shipping address. You will then be directed to the payment gateway, where you can securely complete the transaction. Once the payment is successfully processed, your order will be confirmed.
We accept a wide range of payment options, including major Credit/Debit cards and PayPal. You can conveniently use any of these methods to complete your purchase with us.
To access your order information, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account using your email.
2. You will receive an OTP password email from either 'Shop' or 'New Era Cycle'.
3. Look for the "Orders" section and click on it.
4. Choose the specific order number you wish to view.
5. Once you've reached this stage, all the relevant details regarding your order will be displayed for your reference.
In case you experience any concerns with your online order, such as missing items, damaged products, delivery delays, or payment issue, we encourage you to get in touch with our dedicated support team promptly. Order cancellation may eligible for order(s) that has not been shipped/collected or subjected to our approval. A cancellation fee of 5% may apply for certain refund method. You can request for order cancellation by reaching out to us at retail@neweracycle.com or WhatsApp us at Send WhatsApp Message. We will be more than happy to address your request.

Shipping And Order Processing Matters
- Your order will be processed for courier pickup within 1-2 working days after you have placed an order online.

- Your order will usually ready within 1 working day after you have placed an order online.
- Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email that your order status has been changed to the "Ready For Pickup" status.
- Store pickup is exclusively available in Singapore at New Era Cycle showroom.
- We will prepare your order and arrange for courier pickup in 1-2 working days.
- Shipping rates are applicable in the currency you have selected or depending on the country you ship to. View our shipping chart here for more information.
Our online order processing hours are Monday to Saturday, from 11am to 8pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Most courier companies typically operate from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. However, it is worth noting that some courier companies may occasionally arrange deliveries on weekends.
In-Store Purchase FAQ
Generally, there is no difference between shopping online and in-store. However, please note that online promotional offers might differ from those available in-store. Additionally, if you choose in-store pickup for an online order, there may be a processing time. This is because we handle all online orders at a separate location before transferring them to the showroom for collection, which incurs processing time.

We gladly accept a variety of payment methods, including major Credit/Debit cards, NETS, cash, PayNow QR, as well as popular mobile payment options such as Fave and GrabPay.
We have instalment plans available at our store.
- OCBC Credit Card: 6/12 months instalment plan with a minimum purchase of S$500 per card transaction.
- Atome Pay: 3 months instalment plan with a minimum purchase of S$150 per transaction.

As a member, you can track your latest transaction online. Even when you purchase in-store, you can view your past purchases. Best of all, is free and no commitment.
Yes! Our membership benefits have evolved over time, and we are please to introduce our new automatic perks for all customers, applicable both online and in-store. These discount are automatically applied when you meet the following criteria.
- Value Perk: Spend S$100 and above in a single transaction, a 3% rebate on your total order will automatically apply.
- ValuePlus Perk: Spend S$150 and above in a single transaction, a 5% rebate on your total order will automatically apply.
The perks are eligible to be combined with in-store promotion campaigns* only. Online store promotions are NOT eligible for combination.

Warranty FAQ
A warranty is a promise made by the manufacturer/brand to provide repairs, replacements, or refunds if a product has manufacturing defects or malfunctions within a specific period.
No, the warranty claim does not guarantee an immediate one-to-one exchange. Each warranty claim is reviewed by our technical support team and suppliers on a case-by-case basis. Once the claim is approved, we will promptly inform you of the outcome and any further steps required.
