Singapore Delivery

  1. Your order will be processed for courier pickup within 1-2 working days after you have placed an order online.

  2. Upon handing over your order to the courier, the estimated cost and delivery time frame chart depending on the courier services you have selected can be found here.

Store Pickup (Singapore Orders)

  1. Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days after you have placed an order online.

  2. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email that your order status has been changed to the "awaiting pickup" status.

Bukit Gombak MRT Station (NS3) Collection (Singapore Orders)

  1. Collection date will be every Wednesday from 7:30pm to 8pm excluding public holiday.

  2. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email that your order status has been changed to the "awaiting pickup" status.

  3. Estimated order processing will be as follow. (E.G.Order placed on Wednesday (9th Oct), collection will be on Wednesday (16th Oct). If order placed on Tuesday (15th Oct), collection will be on Wednesday (16th Oct).

  4. Direction to collection meeting point: Bt Gombak MRT Station (NS3), Exit station gantry → Turn left → Look for Pizza Hut Express #01-10 (Exit D). You can contact us during collection at (+65) 81396062.

International Delivery

  1. We will prepare your order and arrange for courier pickup in 1-2 working days.

  2. Upon handing over your order to the courier, the estimated cost and delivery time frame chart depending on the courier services you have selected will be quoted upon check-out.

  3. All goods sold may be subject to local customs duties and taxes (GST/VAT) which are not within our control. We will declare the exact value of the goods, excluding shipping charges. The customs duties and taxes (GST/VAT), which will be levied once the shipment reaches your country, will be covered by you.

  1. Our working days are from Monday to Saturday (11am-8pm) excluding Sunday and Public Holiday.

Return / Exchange

  1. New Era Cycle ensures that your items are inspected, packed and delivered properly. In the event when you received any wrong item or defective items, kindly write-in to us via email at retail@neweracycle.com with your Order ID. You will be receiving the instruction on the return procedure.

  2. In the event, if you had purchased the wrong item, you can return the wrong item with original packaging in its original condition unused with the receipt to exchange with other products or store credits within 30 days.
