The KMC XSL DLC Flat Go Waxed 12/13 Speed Flattop Chain combines KMC’s lightweight XSL Flat construction with advanced DLC coating and factory-applied KMC GO Wax for a fast, smooth and durable drivetrain. Designed for competitive road, gravel and MTB riders, it delivers low-friction performance, precise shifting and a clean, quiet ride.
The distinctive Flat-Top profile allows KMC to produce a narrower chain while maintaining high strength and durability. Hollow pins and drilled face plates reduce weight, while the DLC coating provides a hard, low-friction surface designed for smooth running, consistent shifting and extended chain life. Pre-treated with KMC GO Wax, the chain also helps reduce dirt buildup compared with conventional oil-based lubrication.
