Peaty's HoleShot CO2 Tyre Inflator Head
Crafted from precision CNC-machined 6061 aluminium, Peaty's inflator heads feature a patent-pending valve design engineered for performance and reliability. Every detail has been carefully refined—from custom-formulated O-ring rubber compounds to premium Chris King anodised finishes. Built to deliver flawless inflation and standout style, it’s the inflator your tubeless setup deserves.
Peaty's inflator head straight line, compact design enables faster airflow for rapid inflation, and creates less stress on your tubeless valves when you’re using it because you’re coming at the valve straight on rather than at a 90 degree angle.
From flat to inflated in less than 10 seconds!
- Unique, compact, straight-line design for maximum airflow
- Simply push down to inflate - release to stop
- Made from 6061 aluminium
- Fits Presta valves only
- Weight: 14.8g
Instructions:
- Remove the valve cap and loosen the valve core. Check the valve is clear by pressing down the loose valve core. You should hear air flowing through the valve
- Cover the CO2 cartridge with the closed-base freeze protector sleeve provided
- Screw the CO2 cartridge fully into the inflator head. You may hear a small hiss when the cartridge is successfully pierced. If not, give the valve a quick press and you should hear gas 'tsssst' out
- Press the head over the valve and push straight down firmly to discharge the cartridge and inflate the tyre to your desired pressure. Releasing the inflator head will stop the flow
- Once the tyre is inflated, remove the inflator, re-tighten the valve core and re-apply the valve cap
- Ride!
Caution:
- Do not use with CO2 cartridges over 25g.
- If using multiple CO2 cartridges in one session, wait 30 seconds between each cartridge to prevent ice build-up in the inflator head.
- Ensure the inflator head is fully threaded onto the CO2 cartridge before use. Failure to secure tightly will cause improper operation and may cause injury.
- Test the cartridge is fully pierced before use by briefly pressing the head down onto a hard, temperature resistant surface and ensure a high flow of CO2 being discharged from the inflator head.
- Do not remove the CO2 cartridge until it is fully discharged.
- Check CO2 gas is fully discharged after each use by pushing head several times against a hard temperature-resistant surface.
- Point away from yourself and others while using.
- Do not use if any part is cracked or damaged.
- Do not expose the CO2 cartridge to heat, store at temperatures above 49 degrees C (120 degrees F), or store in enclosed vehicles.
- Make sure to wear gloves when inflating to avoid injury.
- The inflator head and CO2 cartridge will become very cold / frosty when the CO2 gas is expelled. Do not unscrew the used cartridge until it has warmed enough to touch.
- Keep out of reach of children
