Shimano Ultegra R8000 11 Speed Rear Derailleur
Accurate mechanical shifting developed to provide the rider with the smooth and reliable shifting pattern across their entire cassette, slick changing across cassettes. The new Ultegra R8000 is adopted with the Shadow Technology inspired by Shimano's mountain bike derailleurs. This allows for a lower profile design and places the derailleur further inboard, keeping it out of potential risk of damage in a crash and allowing a better chain path of the guide pulley in relation to the cassette.

Good service
First time using this as i was using another plant based degreaser. Used it to remove all the lubricant on my ebike drive train to prep it was use of waxed chain.
Perform well as describe. I only need to use it 2x to get rid all existing lube n dirt.
Highly recommended
Got this to wax it and then replace it on my stock kmc chain on my ebike. Wax is the way for me than normal chain lubrication.
A bit hard to break the chain to my desire length but once i passed that stage, all smooth.
Performance was good and no more black stain on my socks or hands.
Excellent service
And great advice on bike safety
As always, service was excellent. Service staff were efficient and friendly. Thank you

Did my yearly full bike service for my BMC road bike. When I picked up the bike it was like new. Nothing to complain about. Definitely a good value for price paid.
Comfortable, light, and great ventilation! Loving it so far.
