The Shimano Deore XT PD-M8220 SPD Pedal is built for aggressive enduro and trail riding, delivering excellent shoe-pedal stability and confident grip when pushing hard on technical terrain. Its wide contact area and updated grippy platform design are based on the XTR PD-M9220, providing enhanced control both clipped in and when riding unclipped.
Grippy pins help keep your feet securely positioned on the pedal, while the robust sealed mechanism is designed to withstand demanding trail conditions. Compatible with existing SPD cleats, the PD-M8220 also works with Shimano’s CL-MT001 Trail/Enduro-tuned cleat for easier clipping in.
