Return / Exchange of items
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchased from us. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to our acceptance of returning a product.
- Our return/exchange is valid for 30 day(s) from the date of order.
- You are able to exchange/return your product(s) that you have bought if it is in showroom condition (unopened/sealed/unassembled/undamaged/unused) within the return time frame.
- Returns / exchange is not eligible for closeout and preorder item(s).
- You will need to arrange a fully trackable courier service(s) for return or visit New Era Cycle showroom within the operating hours.

- In the event that you opt for return / exchange via courier service(s), we will ship the exchanged product(s) via standard delivery (For Singapore Address Orders). For international orders, you will be subjected for the delivery charges. See our delivery policy here.
Any refund request on orders placed during the promotional period will only be refunded via store credit.
Once the return or cancellation of order is approved, the default refund method will be via store credit. However, a refund fee will be charged if you opt for a refund on the same payment method.
The refund will be processed within 5 working days should you agree with the fees (as stated below).
Refund fees are as follows (Online Purchase Only):
- Credit card/Apple Pay/Google Pay: 3.4% (of the total order value) + S$4
- PayPal: S$4
- Online account store credit: No charges
Refund fees are as follows (In-store Purchase Only):
- Cash/Credit Card/NETS/Contactless payment: 5% (of the total order value).
- In-store account store credit: No charges
